About Me

Description:

I am the Vice President of Total Auction & Realty LLC. My father, Mike Goode as well as myself established our firm in 2006. Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality level of service, and dependablity to our community. I am a Licensed REALTOR, as well as an Apprentice Auctionner. I became a new Father in July of 2007, to a beautiful little boy. I attend Third Creek Baptist Church where my Grand Parents have been members for over 50 years.

Philosophy:

I strive to be the best at what I do! My Uncle Rocky Goode taught me "Under Promise and Over Deliever!"

Personal attention to each job:

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from signing  of the original listing agreement, to the collecting of checks at the closing table.

Client participation:

To ensure my clients' needs are satisfied I constantly invite my clients to participate and provide input during the Buying and Selling process.  After all it’s my job to make my clients' dream a reality.

Creativity:

Creativity is achieved through a combination of inputs from my Team here at Total Auction & Realty LLC, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client.
